Grantham re-signs at SunRockers

Sunrockers Shibuya (B1 League) confirmed 31-year-old American forward Donte Grantham for the 2026-27 season. He has a Qatari passport and played for the team last season. In 59 B1 League games, he averaged 13.2ppg, 7.0rpg, and 3.1apg. During the 2024-25 season, he played for Bursaspor (BSL) in the Turkish league, where he averaged 12.4ppg, 7.7rpg, and 2.3apg in 31 games.
Grantham represented Qatar during the FIBA Asia Cup 2025 Qualifiers last year.
He is quite an experienced player. Grantham has also played professionally in France (Champagne and Sluc Nancy), Turkey, the United Kingdom (Lions), the NBA (LA Clippers and OKC Thunder), the NBA G League (OKC Blue and San Diego Clippers), the NBA Summer League (OKC Thunder), and The Basketball Tournament (Power of the Paw).
He won the British BBL championship title in 2024.
Grantham graduated from Clemson University in 2018 and is entering his ninth season as a professional player.
