Maiden QBF women's basketball league witness strong start

Doha: The Pro Sport women's basketball team emerged victorious in their match against the Black Ravens, securing a well-deserved win with a score of 33-20. This exciting confrontation took place yesterday at Al-Ittihad Hall, marking the opening of the women's basketball league competitions in Qatar. This league, which is being held for the first time in the country, features the participation of six teams: Al-Gharafa, Al-Arabi, North Hoops, Black Ravens, Pro Sport, and the Qatar Foundation Forum.

In another remarkable match, the Al-Gharafa team achieved a significant triumph over Hobbs Al-Shamal, dominating the game with a score of 56-25. Additionally, the Qatar Foundation Multaqa team displayed their prowess by securing a sweeping victory of 78-8 against the Al-Arabi Basket women.
