Egypt celebrated the fourth win at Pan Arab Games in Qatar. They knocked down the hosts by impressive 80 points to improve at 4-1 record. Eight Egypt players scored in double digits to lead the charge. Hagar Hesham (F/C-93) stepped up with 21 points and 12 rebounds to lead the charge. Qatar slipped at 1-3 record after the defeat.
Egypt eased in front early in the game posting a 30:14 lead after ten minutes. The margin reached a 30-point mark at the end of the first half. Egypt enjoyed an insurmountable 95:38 lead heading into the fourth frame and never looked back on the way to the win. Menatalla Awad (G-91) produced 21 points, while Engy Adal (191-C-92) had 17 points in the victory. Warda Mohammed (F-87) posted 22 points and 12 rebounds for Qatar. Amal Mohamed (C-86) had 18 points and 10 rebounds in the loss.
