Rain or Shine shot the lights out from three sinking 17 long-distance shots on high 53.1 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. It was a good game for who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds. contributed with 14 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Andy Barroca replied with 14 points and 5 assists for Hotshots. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. In the last two games of round 12 NLEX RW was smashed by TNT Tropang on the road 119-100. Phoenix lost to Titan UGR on its own court 119-127.
