Riffa beat Sadab in Arab Clubs Basketball clash

Riffa scored an emphatic 80-70 victory over Ahli Sadab of Oman last night in the 32nd Arab Clubs Basketball Championships in Morrocco. It was Riffa's second victory in Group 'C' and with the two points the Bahrain Club moved to second on five points from three matches, same as Egypt's El Gezira who top the group with a 56 points difference compared to Riffa's four. Al Rayan of Qatar are third with four, same as Beirut Club, but the latter has a match in hand. The last team in the group Ahli Sadab have lost all their three matches. Riffa beat Al Gezura of Egypt 78-75 on Tuesday and lost to Beirut Club 59-68 on Wednesday. Riffa take on Al Rayyan of Qatar today in the last of the group matches at 9pm.
