Torren Jones (ex NSA) joins Al Hurriyeh

Al Hurriyeh Aleppo (SBL) agreed terms with 31-year-old American power forward Torren Jones (206cm-107kg-1994, college: William Penn). He just played at Nadim Souaid Academy in Lebanese DLBL. In 5 games, he had 13.6ppg and 7.0rpg this season. He also played for another Lebanese team CS Antonine (DLBL).
Jones is quite an experienced player. His career allowed him to visit six different continents, while he played in twelve different countries. He tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Australia, Africa, and of course North America. Jones has played professionally in Australia (Bandits), Mexico (Frayles de Guasave, Santos, and Abejas), Philippines (Beermen), Saudi Arabia (Ohod), Taiwan (Yulon Luxgen), United Kingdom (Gladiators), Venezuela (Trotamundos), NBA G League (Santa Cruz Warriors), Dominican Republic (Soles and Caneros), Libya (Al Nasr), and The Basketball Tournament (Locked In Elite).
He won the Saudi Arabian League championship title in 2018. He was voted to the Latinbasket.com Mexican CIBACOPA All-Imports Team in 2024.
Jones graduated from William Penn University in 2017 and is currently in his ninth season as a professional player. He has also played for Fresno State University, Midland College, and the University of Missouri.
