Wooten Jr.'s double-double lands him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

27-year old American forward Kenny Wooten Jr. (204-F-1998) had a great game in the last round for Club Centrale Al Markaziyyah Jounieh and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 9.
He had a double-double of 17 points and 14 rebounds, while his team beat Sagesse (#2, 8-1) 100-95. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Al Markaziyyah maintains the 3rd position in Lebanese league. They would have been even better if they did not have these two lost games earlier in Regular Season. Al Markaziyyah will need more victories to improve their 7-2 record. It was one of impressive evenings for Wooten Jr. as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Kenny Wooten Jr. averages this season 11.0ppg and 9.1rpg.

Second best performed player last round was Paris Bass (207-F/C-1995) of league's second-best Sagesse - Al Hekmeh Beirut. He is American forward in his first season at Sagesse. In the last game Bass recorded an impressive double-double of 32 points and 13 rebounds. Bad luck as Sagesse lost that game 95-100 to slightly lower-ranked Al Markaziyyah (#3, 7-2). It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. Sagesse still maintains its place in the top 2 of the standings, even despite this loss. It was just his team's 1st loss this season, while they won 8 other games. Bass is a newcomer at Sagesse and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 29.2ppg (#2). His other stats are also decent: 9.6rpg and 4.8apg.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Desi Washington (188-G-1992) of CJS Batroun (#10). Washington got into 30-points club by scoring 34 points in the last round. He went also for eight rebounds and twelve assists. Despite Washington's great performance the Batroun lost 84-106 to the higher-ranked Maristes (#5, 5-4). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. Washington has individually a great season in Lebanon. After only 5 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 23.8ppg (7th best) and assists with 10.2apg (best passer).

10. Ivan Buva (207-F/C-1991) of Al Riyadi - 26 points and 8 rebounds
