Bass' double-double lands him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

30-year old American power forward Paris Bass (207-F/C-1995) had an amazing evening in the last round for second-ranked Sagesse - Al Hekmeh Beirut and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 6.
He had a double-double of 45 points and 10 rebounds, while his team beat Tadamon (#12, 0-7), the league's bottom-ranked team 108-94. Sagesse is placed at 2nd position in Lebanese league. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. It's already very far into the season and Sagesse keeps a perfect 7-0 record. In the team's last game Bass had a remarkable 72.7% from 2-point range and got eight three-pointers out of 15 attempts. He turned to be Sagesse's top player in his first season with the team. University of Detroit Mercy graduate has very impressive stats this year. Bass is league's best scorer averaging so far 27.7ppg. Bass is in league's top in rebounds (5th best: 10.0rpg) and averages solid 2.3spg,63.0% FGP and 45.8% from behind 3-point line.

Second best performed player last round was Tyler Bey (201-F-1998) of Homentmen Beirut. He is American forward in his first season at Homentmen. In the last game Bey recorded an impressive double-double of 29 points and 12 rebounds. Of course Homentmen cruised to a 100-92 relatively comfortable win over the lower-ranked NSA (#7, 2-5). Homentmen's 3rd position in the standings has not changed. His team lost just one game this season, while they won 6 matches. Bey is a newcomer at Homentmen and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 27.5ppg (#2). He also registered 10.3 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Samuel Daniel (203-PF-1996) of Tadamon Hrajel (#12). Daniel got into 30-points club by scoring 38 points in the last round. He went also for seven rebounds and four assists. Despite Daniel's great performance the Tadamon lost 94-108 to the league's current leader Sagesse (#2, 7-0). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. Tadamon can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have awful season losing so far all 7 games. Daniel has individually a great season in Lebanon. After only 7 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 24.7ppg (3rd best).
