Nadim Souaid Academy (DLBL) agreed terms with 27-year old Croatian power forward Domagoj Proleta (207cm-1998, agency: Octagon Europe). He played last season at KK Zadar in Croatian Premijer Liga. In 30 games he had 5.4ppg, 2.1rpg and 1.1apg. He also played 25 games in ABA League where he recorded 3.4ppg and 1.2rpg. The previous (2023-24) season he played at another Croatian team KK Cibona VIP Zagreb (Premijer Liga).
Proleta is a quite experienced player. He has played also in Belgium (Circus Brussels), Croatia (Dubrovnik and Zabok), Spain (Real Madrid 2nd team, Gipuzkoa, Avila and Real Madrid) and Czech Republic (USK Praha and Svitavy).
His team made it to the ABA U19 League Semifinals in 2024.
