Homentmen inks Tyler Bey, ex H.Haifa

Tyler Bey

Homentmen Beirut (LBL) agreed terms with 27-year old American forward Tyler Bey (201cm-98kg-1998, college: Colorado). He just played at H.Haifa in Israeli Winner League. In 15 games he had 14.9ppg, 6.6rpg, 2.3apg and 1.6spg last season. The last season season he played at Taipei Fubon Braves (PLeague+) in Taiwanese league. He also played for Hotshots (PBA) in Filipino league.
In 2020 he was drafted by Philadelphia 76ers (NBA) in second round (36th overall). The former University of Colorado standout is in his fifth season in pro basketball.
Bey is quite experienced player. He has played in seven different countries on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America). Bey has played previously professionally in Philippines, Taiwan, NBA (Dallas Mavericks and Houston Rockets), NBA G League (SLC Stars, RGV Vipers and Long Island Nets), The Basketball Tournament (Team Colorado) and NBA Summer League (Chicago Bulls and Milwaukee Bucks).
Among many awards Bey's team won PBA Commissioner's Cup Regular Season in 2024. He was also voted Asia-Basket.com All-PBA Commissioner's Cup Forward of the Year in 2024.
