SPB 2025 - Marinos sign Tony Farmer, ex Beirut Club

Marinos de Oriente (SPB) inked 30-year old American 201cm forward Tony Farmer (college: Lee JC) for upcoming season.
He played recently at Beirut Club in Lebanese LBL league. In two games just recently he recorded 6.0ppg, 6.5rpg, 1.5apg, 1.0spg and 1.0bpg last season.
He is a very experienced player. He has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to eleven different countries on three different continents (Asia, Latin America and of course North America). Farmer has played previously professionally in Argentina (Riachuelo de La Rioja), Bahrain (Al-Manama), Mexico (Correcaminos and Halcones de Ciudad Obregon), Paraguay (Olimpia Kings), Qatar (Al Rayyan), Saudi Arabia (Al Salam), Syria (Al Nawair), Dominican Republic (Indios), Bolivia (Pichincha), TBL (Yakima SK and Raleigh Firebirds) and Ecuador (Punto Rojo).
Among many awards his team won Bahrain Supercup in 2024. He was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Dominican Republic LNB Honorable Mention in 2024.
Farmer graduated from Lee College in 2017 and it is his eighth season in pro basketball.
