Sagesse - Al Hekmeh Beirut (LBL) has decided to waive Pierre Jackson, a 32-year-old American guard. Jackson, who stands at 180cm and weighs 82kg, played college basketball at Baylor and is represented by Slash Sports. In the 5 LBL games he played this season, he put up impressive numbers, averaging 16.8ppg, 5.2rpg, 4.8apg, and 2.6spg. He also played 2 games in the West Asia Super League, where he had remarkable averages of 31.5ppg, 3.5rpg, 3.0apg, and 1.5spg.
During the majority of last summer, he played for Wuhan in the Chinese league (NBL). In 15 games, he achieved impressive statistics with 39.6 points per game, 5.1 rpg, and 9.3 apg. Additionally, he participated in the pre-season with Cangrejeros in the Puerto Rican league (BSN).
In 2013, he was drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers (NBA) in the second round (42nd overall). He graduated from Baylor University, and this is his eleventh season in professional basketball.
