Homentmen waives Lucas

Kalin Lucas

Homentmen Beirut (LBL) has waived Kalin Lucas, an experienced 34-year-old American point guard. Lucas, who stands at 185cm and weighs 88kg, was born in 1989 and played college basketball at Michigan State.
Part of last season, he spent at Al Sharjah (ULB) in the UAE league. He also played for Jahraa (D1) in the Kuwaiti league.
He attempted to reach the NBA and participated in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2014.
He has also represented his national team, Brazil, in international competitions. Lucas has had a successful career, earning accolades and recognition for his skills on the court. He has played for various teams in different leagues, showcasing his versatility and adaptability as a player. With his extensive experience and global exposure, Lucas brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any team he joins.
In 2023, his team reached the UAE League Semifinals, earning them a notable achievement. Additionally, in 2021, he received the Eurobasket.com All-Israeli League Honorable Mention, further highlighting his skills and contributions.
He graduated from Michigan State University in 2011, and this year marks his 13th season as a professional player.
