The biggest surprise of round 4 was guest Homentmen's (4-1) easy road victory over one of their biggest challengers Champs (3-2) 52-37 on Monday evening. Homentmen forced 20 Champs turnovers. Perla Nasr fired a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. The former international Yasha Zeinoun (175-2002) chipped in 12 points and 8 rebounds. Nour Ghoson produced 13 points and 5 rebounds for lost side. Homentmen moved-up to third place. Newly promoted Champs dropped to the fourth position with two games lost.
Antranik can celebrate their first win this season after three consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Taadod (1-3) 51-36. Worth to mention a great performance of Stephany Haddad who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 11 points, 18 rebounds and 5 blocks. Erica Khoury contributed with 19 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Sandra Sleiman replied with 9 points and 11 rebounds for Taadod. Taadod's coach Nabil Hassoun rotated eleven players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. It was the only win of host team this round and in all other games visitors recorded victories. Antranik left bottom position moving up to seventh place, which they share with defeated Taadod.

Despite that victory Champs went down to fourth position due to points difference. NSA at the other side, also newcomer in the league, still closes the standings with four games lost. They share the position with Chiyah.
In the last game of round 4 Club Beirut crushed Almtayleb in a road game 72-37.
