Pierre Jackson (ex Wuhan) signs at Sagesse

Sagesse - Al Hekmeh Beirut (LBL) landed 32-year old American 180cm guard Pierre Jackson (college: Baylor, agency: Slash Sports). He played most recently at Wuhan in Chinese NBL league.

In 15 games he just recently played he averaged impressive 39.6ppg, 5.1rpg and 9.3apg last season. He also spent pre-season at Cangrejeros (BSN) in Puerto Rican league.

In 2013 he was drafted by Philadelphia 76ers (NBA) in second round (42nd overall). He graduated from Baylor University and it will be his eleventh season in pro basketball.

He is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in nine different countries playing on four different continents. He is familiar with European, Asian, Latin American and of course North American leagues. He has played previously professionally in Croatia (Cedevita), France (ASVEL Lyon Villeurbanne Basket and JL Bourg), Israel (Maccabi Tel Aviv), Puerto Rico, Turkey (Fenerbahce, Galatasaray and Afyon), NBA (Dallas Mavericks and Detroit Pistons), NBA G League (SLC Stars, Texas Legends and South Bay Lakers) and The Basketball Tournament (Loyalty is Love).

Among many awards he won Israeli Premier League championship title in 2018. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Turkish League Honorable Mention in 2021. He played also for College of Southern Idaho for one year.
He is described as: An energetic PG who loves to create out from the dribble. He can be unstoppable when he goes inside and can be effective at the defensive side too.
