US Monastir sign Chris Crawford, ex Homentmen

Defending champion U.S. Monastir (Nationale A) inked 27-year old American guard Chris Crawford (193-100kg-92, college: Memphis). He is the second import player in the roster as Kenyan Tom Wamukota signed here earlier.
Crawford played recently at Homentmen in Lebanese LBL league.
He has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2014.
Among other achievements Crawford played in the final of Lebanese League in 2019. He received also Asia-Basket.com All-Lebanese League 2nd Team awardbetween 2018 and 2019.
Crawford is a very experienced player. He has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to six different countries on three different continents (Asia, Latin America and of course North America). Crawford has played previously professionally in France, Mexico (Caballeros de Culiacan), NBA (Memphis Grizzlies), Lebanon (Beirut Club and Louaize), NBA G League (Canton Charge) and The Basketball Tournament (Memphis State and Bluff City).
He attended University of Memphis until 2014 and it is his sixth season in pro basketball.
