Al Moutahed Tripoli (LBL) inked 26-year old American forward Deontae Hawkins (203-100kg-93). He has only college experience so far playing last time for Boston College (NCAA). In 8 games he recorded 12.4ppg, 9.1rpg and 1.0apg in 2017-18 season.
Among other achievements Hawkins played in the final of MVC Tournament in 2015 and 2017. He received also All-MVC 2nd Team award in 2017 at his college time.
Of course it will be Hawkins' first season in professional basketball.
