The triumph sealed Riyadi's 22nd consecutive win, continuing a record that has kept the champions unbeaten since May 2006, when they lost to Champville in the semi-finals of Lebanon league championship.
They had to work hard in Beirut against a determined Blue Stars side and went in tied 82-82 at the end of regular time, before eventually clinching the three-point win in overtime.
Riyadi's Joe Vogel top scored with 25 points, including five three-pointers, while Blue Stars' Lebanon international forward Fadi Al Khatib hit 20.
