    Al Riyadi have been crowned LBL champions. They beat Beirut Club tonight to win the championship series 4-2. Beirut Club trailed by 13 points after 3 quarters before a 24-17 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 83-89 at the end of the game. Al Riyadi made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a good game for the former international point guard Wael Arakji (194-94) who led his team to a victory with 20 points and 5 assists. Naturalized Egyptian power forward Ahmad Ismail (205-76) contributed with 12 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. The former international forward Ali Haidar (201-90, college: Michigan Tech) replied with 26 points and 8 rebounds and American guard Chris Crawford (193-92, college: Memphis) added 22 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Beirut Club. Four Al Riyadi and five Beirut Club players scored in double figures.

    Al Riyadi has won Antoine Choueiri Cup as they defeated Homenetmen 85:79. Al Riyadi Beirut grabbed a 25-18 lead early in the game, but had 3 points advantage at the halftime. Both teams nailed 22 points each in the third period, while Al Riyadi Beirut closed the game with a final 23-20 run.

    Al Riyadi are Lebanese SuperCup Champions 2018/2019 beating Homentmen 87-72. The latter looked better in the start of the game and posted two wins in the first half. They opened the game with a 22-17 run and added a 21-13 rally before the halftime. Al Riyadi replied with a massive 27-16 surge in the third period and closed the game with enormous 30-13 burst.
    Mark Lyons (185-G-89, college: Arizona, agency: Higher Vision Sports) top-scored for the winners with 29 points and Amir Saoud (186-G-91) added 14. Al Riyadi Beirut posted a narrow 22-20 and then 22-18 rallies to reach 21-point advantage. Beirut replied with a 39-26 surge at the end, but could not upset the favorites.
    Mighty Sports-Philippines wrapped up its 30th Dubai International Basketball Championship campaign with a 91-76 rout of Homenetmen Lebanon to clinch a bronze.
