Kazakhstan Higher League round 30 best performance: Dmitriy Gavrilov (by Hoops Agents)

International Center Dmitriy Gavrilov (204-C-1986) had a very impressive game in the last round for Aktobe, receiving a Hoops Agents Higher League Player of the Week award for round 30.
The 39-year old player had a double-double of 26 points and 27 rebounds, while his team beat ChelSU (#6, 13-11) 86-76. Aktobe maintains the 3rd position in Kazakhstan Higher League. They are still close to the very top. Aktobe would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 21-4 record. In the team's last game Gavrilov had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range. He turned to be Aktobe's top player in his first season with the team. Dmitriy Gavrilov has solid league stats. He is in league's top in points (4th best: 18.2ppg) and averages impressive 59.9% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young Begzod Mammatrimov (198-C/F-2004) of league's leader Turan. Mammatrimov had a very good evening with a double-double of 22 points and 16 rebounds. Of course he led Turan to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked AiRom (#12, 5-20) 83-56. Of course Turan still keep the league's top spot. He plays for the best team in the league and Turan managed to win all 24 games keeping a perfect record. Mammatrimov is one of the most experienced players at Turan and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third on the list of top players last round was guard Victor Yuldashev (190-G-2002) of league's second-best MBK Kazygurt Shymkent. Yuldashev got into 30-points club by scoring 32 points in the last round. He went also for five rebounds and five assists. He was a key player of Shymkent, leading his team to a 96-46 easy win against the lower-ranked AiRom (#12, 5-20). Shymkent is closer and closer to top of the standings. They will still need more victories. But 21-3 record is not that bad... Yuldashev has a great season in Kazakhstan. After 24 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 18.8ppg (2nd best). He also has 2.1spg, a FGP of 63.6% and 3PT: 50.0%.
