Bykov's double-double lands him Player of the Week award

36-year old forward Anton Bykov (200-F-1989) put on an amazing game in the last round for MBK Tobol Kostanay and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 12.
He had a double-double of 30 points and 19 rebounds, while his team beat Almaty L. (#4, 12-14) 79-73. Tobol maintains the 5th position in Kazakhstan league. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked at the very bottom. They already lost 23 games and recorded just three victories. In the team's last game Bykov had a remarkable 84.6% from 2-point range. He has many years of experience at Tobol, through which he has constantly improved. Bykov has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (3rd best: 18.4ppg) and averages solid 51.9% FGP.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Eric McGill (190-G-1996) of league's second-best BK Caspiy Aktau. McGill showcased his all-around game by recording 20 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists in the last round. He was a key player of Caspiy Aktau, leading his team to a 95-79 easy win against #4 ranked Almaty L.. Caspiy Aktau needs these victories very badly if they think about taking over top position in the standings. Their record at this point is 13 victories and 11 lost games.
