Best players of Kazakhstan Higher League round 11 (by Hoops Agents)

Dmitriy Luchko (193-G-1997) had an amazing evening in the last round for ChelSU Kostanay and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Higher League Player of the Week award for round 11.
The 28-year old guard had a double-double of 34 points and 15 rebounds, while his team crushed Barsy 2 (#3, 10-4) with 23-point margin 95-72. ChelSU maintains the 5th position in Kazakhstan Higher League. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. ChelSU will need more victories to improve their 8-6 record. In the team's last game Luchko had a remarkable 57.1% from 2-point range. He turned to be ChelSU's top player in his first season with the team. Luchko has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (4th best: 19.6ppg), rebounds (4th best: 9.8rpg) and averages solid 57.7% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young guard Ramil Urazbaev (188-G-2007) of MBK Tobol Kostanay. Urazbaev impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 24 points and 24 rebounds. Bad luck as Tobol was edged by the higher-ranked Barsy 2 (#3, 10-4) 72-71. Tobol is still in a red zone at 12th spot in the standings. 12 lost games are too many comparing to just two victories Tobol managed to get this year. Urazbaev is one of the most experienced players at Tobol and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was another ChelSU's star - Stanislav Rovovoy (198-F-1992). Rovovoy showcased his all-around game by recording 20 points, 16 rebounds (!!!) and 8 assists in the last round. He was another key player of ChelSU Kostanay, helping his team with a 95-72 easy win against slightly higher-ranked Barsy 2 (#3, 10-4). ChelSU needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 8 victories and 6 lost games. Rovovoy has a great season in Kazakhstan. After 13 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 11.5rpg (2nd best).

10. Bolatbek Baktygali (185-G-2006) of Barsy 2 - 19 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists
