Best players of Kazakhstan National League round 19 (by Hoops Agents)

Nazim Adylbekov

Nazim Adylbekov (200-F-2001) had a great game in the last round for MBK Irtysh Pavlodar and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 19.
The 23-year old forward had a double-double of 28 points and 20 rebounds, while his team edged out Astana Ac. (#6, 10-16) 70-66. Irtysh maintains the 7th position in Kazakhstan National League. The season is in a full swing, so it's only a dream for the team to make it into top half of the standings. For contrary they may face relegation if the situation turns from bad to worse. Irtysh have already lost 22 games and recorded just six victories. It's Adylbekov's second year at Irtysh and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Adylbekov has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (7th best: 15.9ppg), rebounds (2nd best: 11.2rpg) and averages solid 1.6bpg and 51.2% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young international forward Ruslan Aitkali (195-F-1997) of BK Astana. Aitkali impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 28 points and 13 rebounds. Bad luck as Astana was edged by slightly lower-ranked Irtysh (#7, 6-22) 70-66. Astana managed to keep the same 6th spot in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 10-16 record. Aitkali is one of the most experienced players at Astana and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was international guard Daniil Severgin (183-PG-2005) of Almaty Legion (#3). Severgin scored 21 points and passed 6 assists. Despite Severgin's great performance the Almaty L. lost 77-78 to #1 ranked Irbis. But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. The last thing Almaty L. needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 15 victories and 8 lost games. Severgin has a great season in Kazakhstan. After 18 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 16.9ppg (5th best) and assists with 6.2apg (4th best). He also has 2.5spg and a FGP of 55.9%.
