It was a key game for the second position in the league. Okzhetpes looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Russian power forward Olga Aksenova (187-1996) scored 6 points, 17 rebounds and 7 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Russian swingman Kristina Goncharuk (175-2001, college: E.Florida St.) chipped in 11 points, 10 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals during the contest. The former international guard Oksana Bagmet (170-1996) responded with 16 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Okzhetpes moved-up to second place.
