Olga Aksenova signs at Okzhetpes

Okzhetpes Kokshetay (D1) landed 28-year old Russian 187cm power forward Olga Aksenova for upcoming season. She has played for the last two years at Aktobe. In 22 Kazakhstan games in Kazakhstan she averaged 12.8ppg, 6.0rpg and 4.0apg last season. She helped them to win the regular season and make it to the final. A very good year in her career as she was voted to Asia-Basket.com All-Kazakhstan League Second Team.
Aksenova represented Russia at the European Championship (FIBA EuroBasket) U20 in Lanzarote (Spain) nine years ago. Her team got to the Semifinals and she had over 2 points per game.
She has played also for other Russian teams like Dynamo Moscow, Kazanochka, MBA Moscow, MBA Moscow Second Team and Chernye Medvedy - Politekhnika St.Pet.
