Strangely Aktobe outrebounded Turan 35-21 including 23 on the defensive glass. They shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 51.9 percentage. Turan looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. Ukrainian power forward Ganna Rulyova (183-1986, agency: BIG) stepped up and scored 29 points and 7 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) for the winners and Armenian guard Inga Manucharyan (177-2000) chipped in 18 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. At the losing side American guard Emily Lytle (180-1997, college: Virginia Tech) responded with 18 points and 6 assists and Russian center Aleksandra Varaksina (190-1993) scored 6 points and 14 rebounds. Four Aktobe players scored in double figures. Aktobe's coach Ilya Rodionov rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
