Tomiris outrebounded Okzhetpes 42-25 including a 32-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was who had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds. Ukrainian Elizaveta Mitina (171-1998) chipped in 21 points and 7 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Russian swingman Daria Surkova (176-2001) who recorded 22 points and Russian guard Ulyana Titova (168-2003) added 9 points and 9 assists respectively.

It was an exceptional evening for Ukrainian power forward Ganna Rulyova (183-1986, agency: BIG) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists. Armenian guard Inga Manucharyan (177-2000) accounted for 19 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side. Point guard Alexandra Petelina (168-1998) came up with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists and Russian guard Alina Shakirova (170, college: UNBC) added 15 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Caspiy Aktau in the defeat.

Astana Tigers made 24-of-29 free shots (82.8 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was the former international forward Tamara Kuzmina-Yagodkina (182-1990) who scored 24 points and 5 rebounds. The former international center Anna Bezgodova (192-1992) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds. Five Astana Tigers players scored in double figures.
