Best players of Kazakhstan National League round 19

International Center Robert Pan (202-C-1995) had a great game in the last round for league's leader Irbis Almaty and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 19.
The 28-year old center had the game-high 28 points adding six rebounds for Irbis in his team's victory, helping them to outclass Caspiy Aktau (#7, 4-16) with 29-point margin 89-60. It allowed Irbis to consolidate first place in the Kazakhstan National League. Irbis has a very good season and are considered to have a run for the championship title. They improved their record to 17-1. In the team's last game Pan had a remarkable 75.0% from 2-point range and got three three-pointers out of 6 attempts. It's his second year at Irbis and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Pan has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in rebounds (8th best: 7.8rpg) and averages solid 2.1spg and 69.2% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young point guard Daniil Severgin (183-PG-2005) of Almaty Legion. Severgin impressed basketball fans with 33 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Bad luck as Almaty L. lost that game 102-109 to the higher-ranked Tobol (#2, 14-6). Almaty L. managed to keep the same 6th spot in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 6-12 record. Severgin is well-known by Almaty L. fans and he already established his position as one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was Russian Dmitriy Doynikov (204-PF-1994) of second-ranked MBK Tobol Kostanay. Doynikov scored 22 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. He was a key player of Tobol, leading his team to a 109-102 win against the lower-ranked Almaty L. (#6, 6-12). Tobol needs these victories very badly if they think about taking over top position in the standings. Their record at this point is 14 victories and 6 lost games. Doynikov has a great season in Kazakhstan. After 17 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 17.4ppg (6th best) and rebounds with 7.3rpg (9th best).
