Here is the last round review presented by LBM Management.

Third defeat of league's leader Aktobe (10-3) against fifth ranked Tomiris (6-7) 83-72 was the most important game of the last round. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Aktobe. Strangely Aktobe outrebounded Tomiris 39-27 including 17 on the offensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. Ukrainian Elizaveta Mitina (171-1998) orchestrated the victory by scoring 35 points (!!!) and 7 rebounds. Russian guard Victoria Mazur (164-1992) contributed with 11 points, 5 rebounds and 14 assists for the winners. Russian center Aleksandra Varaksina (190-1993) answered with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists for Aktobe. Tomiris moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Caspiy Aktau. Aktobe at the other side dropped to the second position with three games lost. They share it with Turan. They were replaced at the leadership position by Astana Tigers.
An interesting game for Astana Tigers (11-2) which played road game in Aktau against 4th placed Caspiy Aktau (6-7). First ranked Astana Tigers managed to get a 5-point victory 80-75. It was a great evening for the former international guard Anastassiya Alishauskayte-Lopatina (173-1988) who led her team to a victory with a triple-double by scoring 21 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists. Daria Koroleva helped adding 24 points and 5 assists. Japanese point guard Mone Izumi (162-1998, college: GBC) responded with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. Astana Tigers maintains first place with 11-2 record. Caspiy Aktau at the other side keeps the fourth position with seven games lost. They share it with Tomiris.
An interesting game for Astana Tigers (11-2) which hosted in Astana second-ranked Turan (10-3). First ranked Astana Tigers managed to get a 4-point victory 71-67. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Turan. It was a key game for the top position in the league. It was an exceptional evening for Tamara Kuzmina-Yagodkina who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Ganna Rulyova came up with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 13 rebounds for Turan in the defeat. Astana Tigers maintains first place with 11-2 record. Defending champion Turan keeps the second position with three games lost. They share it with Aktobe.

There were no big surprises in other games of round 11: Tomiris smashed Barsy Atyrau on the road 78-56. Aktobe won against Okzhetpes on its own court 65-47. Irtysh was outscored by Turan in Turkestan 82-52. Okzhetpes rolled over Caspiy Aktau at home 109-70. Bottom-ranked Barsy Atyrau was crushed by Irtysh on the opponent's court 75-51.
The most impressive performance of 11th round was 27 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists by Xeniya Abdurashitova of Irtysh.

Barsy Atyrau - Tomiris 56-78

No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Tomiris (6-7) crushed on the road bottom-ranked Barsy Atyrau (1-12) 78-56 on Tuesday. Tomiris outrebounded Barsy Atyrau 50-35 including 35 on the defensive glass. Tomiris looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. It was an exceptional evening for Ukrainian Elizaveta Mitina (171-1998) who led the winners and scored 29 points and 5 rebounds. accounted for 10 points and 11 rebounds for the winning side. Tomiris' coach Romualdas Petronis felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American forward Jnaya Walker (185-1999, college: CMU) came up with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 13 rebounds and 7 assists and Latvian guard Katrina Trankale (173-2002) added 15 points respectively for Barsy Atyrau in the defeat. Tomiris moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Caspiy Aktau. Barsy Atyrau lost ninth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 12 games lost.

An interesting game for Astana Tigers (11-2) which played road game in Aktau against 4th placed Caspiy Aktau (6-7). First ranked Astana Tigers managed to get a 5-point victory 80-75. Astana Tigers outrebounded Caspiy Aktau 45-32 including a 34-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. Astana Tigers players were unselfish on offense dishing 36 assists. It was a great evening for the former international guard Anastassiya Alishauskayte-Lopatina (173-1988) who led her team to a victory with a triple-double by scoring 21 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists. International forward Daria Koroleva (182-1988) helped adding 24 points and 5 assists. Very expected game when 6th ranked Okzhetpes (5-8) lost on the road to first ranked Aktobe (10-3) 65-47 on Tuesday. Aktobe held Okzhetpes to an opponent 24.6 percent shooting from the field compared to 40.3 percent accuracy of the winners. They outrebounded Okzhetpes 43-27 including a 30-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Aktobe looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. It was an exceptional evening for the former international guard Oksana Bagmet (170-1996) who led the winners and scored 29 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Very predictable result when second ranked Turan (10-3) rolled over 7th ranked Irtysh (3-10) in Turkestan 82-52 on Tuesday. Turan looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists. It was an exceptional evening for Ukrainian power forward Ganna Rulyova (183-1986, agency: BIG) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 24 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. Armenian guard Inga Manucharyan (177-2000) accounted for 10 points, 12 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals for the winning side. Four Turan players scored in double figures. The former international forward Valeriya Kapitonova (176-2001) came up with 11 points and 8 rebounds and power forward Tamila Zhakipova (182-2000) added 7 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for Irtysh in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Turan have an impressive series of five victories in a row. Defending champion maintains second place with 10-3 record behind leader Astana Tigers, which they share with Aktobe. Loser Irtysh keeps the seventh position with ten games lost.
