The most surprising game was the first loss of Tigers-KazATU (14-1) in Astana on Wednesday night. Hosts were defeated by fifth ranked ChelSU (5-9) 82-76. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Tigers-KazATU. ChelSU looked well-organized offensively handing out 34 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Dmitriy Luchko (193-1997) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 31 points and 11 rebounds. Guard Vasiliy Belozor (186-2001) contributed with 20 points and 8 assists for the winners. point guard Ismail Bimendin (180-1992) answered with a double-double by scoring 30 points, 5 rebounds and 11 assists for Tigers-KazATU. ChelSU maintains fifth place with 5-9 record. Newly promoted Tigers-KazATU still keeps top position with one game lost. ChelSU are looking forward to face higher ranked Bars (#4) in Petropavlovsk in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Tigers-KazATU will play on the road against the league's second-placed Shymkent and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Shymkent maintains second place with 11-4 record having just three points less than leader Tigers-KazATU. Bars at the other side dropped to the third position with five games lost. They share it with Turan. Shymkent will play against league's leader Tigers-KazATU in Astana in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Bars will play on the road against ChelSU in Kostanay and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Vladislav Baturin came up with a double-double by scoring 30 points, 16 rebounds and 5 blocks for Altay in the defeat. Barsy 2 maintains sixth place with 5-10 record. Altay lost eleventh consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 13 games lost. Barsy 2 will meet at home Karaganda (#7) in the next round. Altay will play against Turan in Turkistan and hope to win that game.
In the last game of round 13 Turan smashed Karaganda on the road 88-59.
