The game between Top Four teams took place in Almaty. 4th placed host Tomiris (4-5) were smashed by second ranked Astana Tigers (8-1) 74-50. Astana Tigers forced 19 Tomiris turnovers. The former international guard Anastassiya Alishauskayte-Lopatina (173-1988) stepped up and scored 21 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and the former international center Anna Bezgodova (192-1992) chipped in 19 points and 8 rebounds. The best for the losing side was with 10 points and 8 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Astana Tigers have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader. Tomiris at the other side keep the fourth place with five games lost. Russian power forward Olga Aksenova (187-1996) came up with 12 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists for Aktobe in the defeat. Defending champion moved-up to second place, which they share with defeated Aktobe.
The game in Atyrau supposed to be also quite interesting. Fifth ranked Caspiy Aktau (4-5) played at the court of 8th ranked Barsy Atyrau (1-8). Caspiy Aktau smashed Barsy Atyrau 82-54 on Sunday. The best player for the winners was Alexandra Petelina who scored 21 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was Jnaya Walker who recorded a double-double by scoring 19 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Caspiy Aktau moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Tomiris. Barsy Atyrau lost their fifth game in a row. They stay at the bottom position with eight games lost.

In the last game of round 9 Irtysh Pavlodar-PNHZ was destroyed by Okzhetpes Kokshetay on the opponent's court 73-52.
