Aktobe looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by Turan's players. American guard Emily Lytle (180-1997, college: Virginia Tech) fired 19 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 6 steals for the winners. Russian power forward Olga Aksenova (187-1996) chipped in 16 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists. Armenian guard Inga Manucharyan (177-2000) produced 19 points and 9 rebounds for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings, which they share with Astana Tigers. Defending champion Turan keeps the third place with two games lost. Turan will play next round against Barsy Atyrau trying to get back on the winning streak. Aktobe will try to continue on its current victory against fifth ranked Caspiy Aktau on the road.
