Caspiy Aktau adds Papuashvili to their roster

Caspiy Aktau (D1) has added 20-year-old Georgian power forward Tamar Papuashvili (180cm-2003) to their roster. Papuashvili most recently played for Milar Cordoba in the Spanish LF2 league, but she did not score in three games.
Last year, she represented Georgia at the FIBA U20 Women's European Championship Division B in Skopje (North Macedonia). Her statistics from that event include playing 7 games with an average of 10.6 points per game, 4.1 rpg, 1.1 apg, and 1.9 spg. Her field goal percentage (FGP) was 37.9%, three-point percentage (3PT) was 17.6%, and free throw percentage (FT) was 57.1%.
Despite her young age, she had an impressive career. She was voted to the Eurobasket.com All-European Championships (FIBA EuroBasket) U16 Division C Honorable Mention back in 2019.
