Astana signs Devin Davis

BK Astana (National League) signed 28-year old American forward Devin Davis (198cm-104kg-1995, college: Houston) for upcoming 2023-24 season. Davis played this summer at Money Team (The Basketball Tournament) in the U.S. He managed to play in four leagues in three countries last year (!!!). But in only one TBT game just recently he did not score anything and had only 3 rebounds and 1 steal. The last season he played at Tezenis Scaligera Verona in Italian Serie A where in 12 games he recorded 11.3ppg, 3.8rpg and 1.1spg. Davis also played for Gevi Napoli Basket in Italian Serie A. In 12 games he averaged 7.7ppg and 5.2rpg. The other team he played shortly was Peristeri in Greek GBL. In 5 games he got 7.4ppg, 4.4rpg, 2.4apg and 1.2spg. He also played 3 games in Basketball Champions League where he got 9.0ppg, 3.0rpg and 1.3spg.
Davis is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in France (Le Portel), Greece (Lavrio), NBA G League (Osceola Magic) and NBA Summer League (Orlando Magic).
Davis won WJCAC championship title in 2016.
He graduated from University of Houston in 2018 and it will be his sixth season as a professional player. Davis played also for Odessa College for one year.
