Aktobe (National League) signed 25-year old American forward Darius Williams (206cm-91kg-1997, college: Southern, agency: Interperformances). Williams played this summer at Albany Patroons (TBL) in the U.S.
He has played also professionally in Georgia (Cactus).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his team was regular season runner-up in SWAC in 2020. Williams was voted conference Player of the Year back in 2015.
He graduated from Southern University in 2020 and it will be his third season as a professional player.
