The previous (2020-21) season he played at Vilpas in Finnish Korisliiga where in 21 games he had 12.7ppg, 2.1rpg, and 2.0apg in that year. He helped them to win the league title. Parks is a very experienced player. He has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to six different countries on three different continents (Europe, Africa, and of course North America). Parks has played previously professionally in Canada (Edmonton), Cyprus (AEL Limassol), Georgia (Cactus), Israel (Hapoel Hevel Modi'in), Tunisia (ES Rades), and the United Kingdom (Newcastle Eagles). Among many awards, he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Georgian League first Team back in 2018. He graduated from South Dakota State in 2016 and it will be his seventh season in pro basketball.
