Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

Second defeat of league's leader Bars (12-2) against second ranked Qazaqstan (13-1) 64-63 was the most important game of the last round. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Bars. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Swingman Temirlan Dzhunusov (192-99) saved the victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 13 rebounds. point guard Daniil Seleznyov (187-90) contributed with 15 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Power forward Maksim Nalogov (198-94) replied with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 13 rebounds for Bars. Qazaqstan have an impressive 13-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader. Bars at the other side dropped to the third place with two games lost. They were replaced at the leadership position by Qazaqstan.
Bottom-ranked Namys managed to get a second victory, breaking the eight-game losing streak. This time newly promoted Namys won against ninth-ranked Astana-2 in Alma-Ata 76-67. Guard Vladislav Isaenko (193-4) had a double-double by scoring 13 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Yevgeniy Kushniruk chipped in 18 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Guard Askar Serimbet (181-6) responded with 13 points and 4 assists. Namys (2-12) moved-up to eighth place, which they share with ChelSU. Astana-2 at the other side, also newcomer in the league, dropped to the bottom position with 13 games lost.
The game in Kostanay was also quite interesting. Third ranked Kazygurt (12-1) played at the court of 8th ranked ChelSU (2-12). Kazygurt did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 117-99 on Friday. Aleksei Vereshagin notched 48 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds to lead the effort. Even a double-double of 36 points (!!!) and 11 rebounds by Daniil Severgin did not help to save the game for ChelSU. ChelSU's coach Elena Kireeva rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Kazygurt have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place. ChelSU lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the eighth position with 12 games lost. They share it with Namys.

In the last two games of round 14 Karaganda smashed Astana-2 on the road 59-34. Karaganda won against ChelSU on its own court 76-63.



Qazaqstan - Bars 64-63

Astana-2 - Karaganda 34-59

No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Karaganda (8-6) crushed on the road bottom-ranked Astana-2 (1-13) 59-34 on Friday. Karaganda held Astana-2 to an opponent 24.1 percent shooting from the field compared to 35.7 percent accuracy of the winners. They outrebounded Astana-2 45-31 including 32 on the defensive glass. Point guard Artem Andrianov (182-0) notched a double-double by scoring 10 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and guard Dias Kalymbetov (190-4) supported him with 20 points (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line). Even 7 points and 6 rebounds by guard Askar Serimbet (181-6) did not help to save the game for Astana-2. International guard Andrey Litvinenko (191-97) added 10 points for the hosts. Astana-2's coach Deyan Parezhanin gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Karaganda maintains fifth position with 8-6 record. Newly promoted Astana-2 dropped to the bottom place with 13 games lost.

ChelSU - Kazygurt 99-117

The game in Kostanay was also quite interesting. Third ranked Kazygurt (12-1) played at the court of 8th ranked ChelSU (2-12). Kazygurt did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 117-99 on Friday. Kazygurt dominated down low during the game scoring 84 of its points in the paint compared to ChelSU's 44. They outrebounded ChelSU 52-34 including a 23-9 advantage in offensive rebounds. Forward Aleksei Vereshagin (200-92) notched 48 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and point guard Anuar Shakirov (180-0) supported him with 27 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Even a double-double of 36 points (!!!) and 11 rebounds by point guard Daniil Severgin (178-5) did not help to save the game for ChelSU. Guard Stanislav Sahipov (190-2) added 14 points and 6 rebounds for the hosts. Five Kazygurt and four ChelSU players scored in double figures. ChelSU's coach Elena Kireeva rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Kazygurt have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place. ChelSU lost third consecutive game. Rather expected game when 8th ranked ChelSU (2-12) lost on the road to fifth ranked Karaganda (8-6) 76-63 on Saturday. Guard Konstantin Teryukov (181-0) notched a double-double by scoring 22 points and 13 rebounds to lead the effort and guard Vladislav Kuzmichev (185-94) supported him with 22 points and 13 rebounds. Even 11 points and 8 rebounds by guard Maxim Rakovskih (188-0) did not help to save the game for ChelSU. Point guard Daniil Severgin (178-5) added 11 points and 8 rebounds for the guests. Four ChelSU players scored in double figures. ChelSU's coach Elena Kireeva tested ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Karaganda maintains fifth position with 8-6 record. ChelSU lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the eighth place with 12 games lost. They share the position with Namys.
