Geoffrey Groselle (ex Astana) joins Orleans

Entente Orleans 45 (Jeep ELITE ProA) agreed terms with 26-year old American international center Geoffrey Groselle (212-112kg-93, college: Creighton). He played last season at BK Astana in Kazakhstan National League. In 16 games he had 14.1ppg, 7.1rpg, 1.4apg and 1.0bpg. Groselle helped them to win the league title. He also played 29 games in VTB United League where he recorded 12.0ppg, 5.8rpg and 1.6apg.
The previous (17-18) season Groselle played at Eisbaeren Bremerhaven (BBL) in German league. In 34 games he averaged 11.0ppg, 5.5rpg and 1.3apg. Quite impressive season as he was named to Eurobasket.com All-German Bundesliga Honorable Mention.
He also represented USA at the Panamerican Games in Lima (Peru) this year. Groselle's team won Bronze and his stats at that event were 5 games: 10.2ppg, 5.0rpg, FGP: 69.2%, FT: 75.0%.
Groselle has played also professionally in Germany (Braunschweig).
He attended Creighton University until 2016 and it will be his fourth season as a professional player.
