First defeat of league's leader Al Ahli (3-1) against top-ranked Orthodox (4-0) 96-88 was the most important game of the last round. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Al Ahli. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Orthodox looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American power forward Brandon Peterson (203-1990, college: Arkansas St.) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points, 19 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals.
