Velca made 18-of-19 charity shots (94.7 percent) during the game. They also forced 21 Jets turnovers. Velca players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. American Stanley Johnson (201-1996, college: Arizona) nailed a double-double by scoring 22 points, 13 rebounds, 5 assists and 6 steals for the winning side and South Korean swingman Hyunjung Lee (201-2000, college: Davidson) accounted for 22 points and 8 rebounds (made all of his nine free throws !!!). The former international forward Yuta Watanabe (206-1994, college: GWU) came up with 24 points and 5 rebounds and American forward Nassir Little (199-2000, college: UNC, agency: Pensack Sports) added 11 points and 8 rebounds respectively for Jets in the defeat. Jets' coach rotated twelve players in this game, but that didn't help.

American forward Victor Law (201-1995, college: Northwestern, agency: Pensack Sports) stepped up and scored 13 points and 9 rebounds for the winners and his fellow American import swingman Damyean Dotson (196-1994, college: Houston) chipped in 17 points. Five Golden Kings players scored in double figures. At the losing side American forward Aaron Henry (198-1999, college: Michigan St., agency: Diamond Sports) responded with 13 points and 9 rebounds and naturalized American Kyle Richardson (200-1991, college: Portland St.) scored 12 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
