American Tim Dalger (201-F-2000, agency: Diamond Sports) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Aomori Watts and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents B2 League Player of the Week award for round 53.
The 25-year old forward had a double-double of 29 points and 22 rebounds, while his team beat Bambitious N. (#6, 16-38) 76-67. Watts maintains the 7th position in their group in the Japanese B2 League. The season is in a full swing, so it's only a dream for the team to make it into top half of the standings. For contrary they may face relegation if the situation turns from bad to worse. Aomori W. have already lost 43 games and recorded just eleven victories. Dalger turned to be Watts's top player in his first season with the team. Tim Dalger averages this season 12.9ppg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young Venezuelan center Gregory Echenique (208-C-1990, agency: Pensack Sports) of second-ranked Kumamoto Volters. Echenique impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 28 points and 17 rebounds. Of course Volters cruised to a 79-67 relatively comfortable win over the lower-ranked Shizuoka (#7, 14-40). This victory allowed Kumamoto V. to move up to second position in West. His team's 35-19 record is not bad at all. Echenique is well-known by Kumamoto V. fans and he already established his position as one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was American Clay Mounce (199-F-1998, agency: Slash Sports) of Iwate Big Bulls (#5). Mounce got into 30-points club by scoring 34 points in the last round. He went also for twelve rebounds . He was a key player of Big Bulls, leading his team to a 93-71 easy win against the higher-ranked Fukushima (#2, 39-15). Iwate can only dream about fighting for top spots in East. They have rather bad season and 12-42 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Mounce has individually a great season in Japan. After 48 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 21.0ppg (4th best).

The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
