Lithuanian Power forward Rokas Gustys (206-F/C-1994) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Tachikawa Dice, receiving a Hoops Agents B3 League Player of the Week award for round 48.
The 31-year old player had a double-double of 28 points and 28 rebounds, while his team outclassed Tokyo Z (#12, 15-31) with 31-point margin 90-59. Dice maintains the 6th position in Japanese B3 League. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Tachikawa will need more victories to improve their 26-20 record. In the team's last game Gustys had a remarkable 52.9% from 2-point range. He turned to be Dice's top player in his first season with the team. Former Hofstra University star has very solid stats this year. Gustys leads league in rebounds with 13.1rpg. Gustys is in league's top in and averages impressive 63.1% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young Australian Rhys Vague (206-F-1996) of Tokyo United. Vague had a very good evening with a double-double of 17 points and 13 rebounds. Of course he led United to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Yamaguchi (#13, 12-36) 87-61. The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Tokyo Utd keeps 9th position. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 23-23 record is not bad and everything may still change. Vague is well-known at Tokyo Utd and is a proven leader in his second season with the team.

Third on the list of top players last round was American Josh Scott (210-C/F-1993, agency: Pensack Sports) of Okayama Try Hoop (#4). Scott scored 18 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. He was a key player of Try Hoop, leading his team to a 105-76 easy win against the lower-ranked Veertien Mie (#15, 7-39). Okayama needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 29 victories and 17 lost games. Scott has a great season in Japan. After 46 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 11.5rpg (4th best).
