25-year old American forward Jaemyn Brakefield (203-F-2000, agency: Slash Sports) had a very impressive game in the last round for Bambitious Nara and receives a Hoops Agents B2 League Player of the Week award for round 45.
He had the game-high 53 points adding seven rebounds and three assists for Bambitious N. as his team lost the game against Shizuoka (#7, 10-36) 92-97. Nara maintains the 6th position in their group in the Japanese B2 League. Bambitious is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. But it was their 31th lost game this season out of 46 games. In the team's last game Brakefield had a remarkable 81.0% from 2-point range. He turned to be Nara's top player in his first season with the team. The University of Mississippi graduate has very impressive stats this year. Brakefield is in league's top in points (2nd best: 23.8ppg) and averages solid 59.1% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Yoeli Childs (203-PF-1998) of top-ranked Kobe Storks. He is American forward in his first season at Kobe S.. In the last game Childs recorded an impressive double-double of 23 points and 13 rebounds. Of course he led Storks to another comfortable win 85-70 over the lower-ranked Yamagata (#7, 8-38) being unquestionably team leader. Of course Kobe S. still keep East's top spot. His team lost just five games this season, while they won 41 matches. Childs is a newcomer at Kobe S. and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 21.1ppg (#3). His other stats are also decent: 11.2rpg and 3.2apg.

Third place about best performers goes to center Angus Brandt (208-C-1989) of Shizuoka Veltex (#7). Brandt scored 25 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. He was a key player of Veltex, leading his team to a 97-92 win against slightly higher-ranked Bambitious N. (#6, 15-31). Shizuoka can only dream about fighting for top spots in West. They have rather bad season and 10-36 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Brandt has individually a great season in Japan. After 46 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 9.5rpg (7th best).
