American Yoeli Childs (203-PF-1998) had an amazing evening in the last round for league's leader Kobe Storks and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents B2 League Player of the Week award for round 41.
The 27-year old power forward had a double-double of 38 points and 13 rebounds, while his team outclassed Yokohama EX (#3, 26-15) with 39-point margin 124-85. It allowed Storks to consolidate first place in the Japanese B2 League. Kobe S. have a solid 37-5 record. In the team's last game Childs had a remarkable 86.7% from 2-point range. He turned to be Storks's top player in his first season with the team. Brigham Young University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Childs is in league's top in points (4th best: 20.8ppg) and averages solid 54.9% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American Jack Nunge (213-C/F-1999) of second-ranked Fukushima Firebonds. Nunge impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 24 points and 18 rebounds. Of course he led Firebonds to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Aomori W. (#6, 9-33) 80-59. Fukushima's second position in East has not changed. His team's 32-10 record is not bad at all. Nunge is a newcomer at Fukushima and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 17.4ppg (#8). He also registered 9.6 boards per game.

The third best performed player last round was American Ryan Kelly (211-PF-1991, agency: Slash Sports) of Fukui Blowinds (#4). Kelly got into 30-points club by scoring 34 points in the last round. He went also for six rebounds . He was a key player of Blowinds, leading his team to a 100-94 win against #2 ranked Ehime OV in a game of the week. Fukui B. needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams in West. Their record at this point is 24 victories and 18 lost games. Kelly has a great season in Japan. After 34 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 2.5apg (7th best).

The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
