Lithuanian Rapolas Ivanauskas (208-F-1998) had a very impressive game in the last round for Fukui Blowinds and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents B2 League Player of the Week award for round 30.
The 27-year old forward had the game-high 25 points adding nine rebounds and four assists for Fukui B. in his team's victory, helping them to beat Bambitious N. (#6, 9-21) 95-89. Blowinds maintains the 4th position in their group in the Japanese B2 League. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Fukui B. will need more victories to improve their 18-12 record. Ivanauskas turned to be Blowinds's top player in his first season with the team. Rapolas Ivanauskas averages this season 15.0ppg and 7.2rpg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young British forward Benjamin Lawson (216-F-1995) of Yokohama Excellence. Lawson impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 19 points and 17 rebounds. Of course he led Excellence to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Aomori W. (#7, 5-25) 120-67. Yokohama's 3rd position in East has not changed. His team's 21-8 record is not bad at all. Lawson is a newcomer at Yokohama and despite he is not a team leader yet, every game he becomes more reliable player. Hopefully performances like the last one will happen more often.

The third best performed player last round was American Yoeli Childs (203-PF-1998) of top-ranked Kobe Storks. Childs showcased his all-around game by recording 23 points, 11 rebounds (!!!) and 5 assists in the last round. He was a key player of Storks, leading his team to a 89-80 win against #2 ranked Ehime OV in a game of the week. Many experts and fans count Kobe S. as a contender for championship title. Another victory and another confirmation that they may be right. Just look at their record: 27 victories and only three lost games. They are currently at the very top of the standings in West. Childs has a great season in Japan. After 30 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 19.2ppg (4th best) and rebounds with 11.3rpg (2nd best).

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
