American Taren Sullivan (198-F-1995) had a great game in the last round for Tokyo Hachioji Trains and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents B3 League Player of the Week award for round 24.
The 30-year old forward had the game-high 30 points adding nine rebounds and two assists for Tokyo HT in his team's victory, helping them to beat Tachikawa (#7, 12-10) 86-77. Hachioji Trains is placed at 3rd position in Japanese B3 League. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Tokyo will need more victories to improve their 16-6 record. In the team's last game Sullivan had a remarkable four three-pointers out of 8 attempts. He has many years of experience at Hachioji Trains, through which he has constantly improved. The University of Findlay graduate has very impressive stats this year. Sullivan is in league's top in assists (6th best: 4.0apg).

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American forward Victor Hart (203-F-2001) of Shinagawa City Basketball Club. Hart impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 24 points and 21 rebounds. Of course Shinagawa cruised to a 88-77 relatively comfortable win over slightly higher-ranked Tokyo Utd (7-16). The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Shinagawa keeps 13th position. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 7-16 record. Hart is a newcomer at Shinagawa and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 23.5ppg (#1). His other stats are also decent: 11.2rpg and 3.2apg.

The third best performed player last round was American Jeremy Combs (201-F/C-1995) of Earthfriends Tokyo Z (#12). Combs showcased his all-around game by recording 23 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists in the last round. Despite Combs' great performance the Earthfriends lost 84-87 to slightly lower-ranked Yamaguchi (#14, 7-18). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Tokyo Z not to end season at such low position in the league, however are less than slim as they have already lost 16 games, recording just seven victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Combs could try to bring Tokyo Z's a little bit higher in the standings. Combs has individually a great season in Japan. After 23 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 18.4ppg (6th best).

Other top performing players last week:
4. Even Brauns (206-C-2002) of Yamaguchi - 26 points, 15 rebounds and 2 assists
5. Hayden Koval (216-C-1997) of Tokyo Utd - 19 points, 15 rebounds and 2 assists

The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
