American Victor Hart (203-F-2001) had an amazing evening in the last round for Shinagawa City Basketball Club and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents B3 League Player of the Week award for round 21.
The 24-year old forward had the game-high 30 points adding eight rebounds and three assists for Shinagawa in his team's victory, helping them to edge out Okayama (#4, 13-9) 82-79. Shinagawa maintains the 12th position in Japanese B3 League. The season is in a full swing, so it's only a dream for the team to make it into top half of the standings. For contrary they may face relegation if the situation turns from bad to worse. Shinagawa have already lost 14 games and recorded just six victories. In the team's last game Hart had a remarkable 69.2% from 2-point range. He turned to be Shinagawa's top player in his first season with the team. University of Southern Mississippi graduate has very impressive stats this year. Hart is in league's top in points (2nd best: 23.1ppg), rebounds (6th best: 10.0rpg) and averages solid 1.4bpg,2.9spg and 55.5% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was another Shinagawa's star - young American forward Marius Grazulis (211-F-2002, agency: Diamond Sports). Grazulis impressed basketball fans with 27 points, 9 rebounds and 2 assists. It was enough for Shinagawa City Basketball Club to edge the higher-ranked Okayama (#4, 13-9) by 3 points 82-79. Shinagawa's 12th position in the standings has not changed. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 6-14 record. Grazulis is a newcomer at Shinagawa and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders.

The third best performed player last round was American Antavion Collum (206-C-2000) of Yamaguch Pats Five (#14). Collum showcased his all-around game by recording 28 points, 13 rebounds (!!!) and 4 assists in the last round. He was a key player of Pats Five, leading his team to a 71-66 win against the higher-ranked Tokyo Utd (#11, 7-13). Yamaguchi can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 6-16 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Collum has a very solid season. In 22 games in Japan he scored 11.1ppg.

4. Jeremy Combs (201-F/C-1995) of Tokyo Z - 23 points and 7 rebounds
