American Cameron Jackson (203-F/C-1996) put on an amazing game in the last round for Bambitious Nara and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents B2 League Player of the Week award for round 47.
The 28-year old power forward had a double-double of 24 points and 10 rebounds, while his team beat Aomori W. (#5, 18-29) 86-74. Bambitious is placed at 4th position in Japanese B2 League. Bambitious is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 20-27 record. In the team's last game Jackson had a remarkable 58.3% from 2-point range. It's his second year at Bambitious and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Cameron Jackson averages this season 15.2ppg and 6.3rpg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American forward Mikael Hopkins (206-F-1993) of Fukushima Firebonds. Hopkins impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 27 points and 17 rebounds. Bad luck as Firebonds lost that game 73-82 to the higher-ranked Kagoshima (#2, 29-18). Fukushima managed to keep the same 7th spot in West. 35 lost games are too many comparing to just twelve victories Firebonds managed to get this year. Hopkins is a newcomer at Fukushima and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders.

The third best performed player last round was American Dererk Pardon (203-C-1996) of top-ranked Altiri Chiba. Pardon scored 23 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. He was a key player of Chiba, leading his team to a 104-66 easy win against the lower-ranked Ehime OV (#7, 3-44). Many experts and fans count Chiba as a contender for championship title. Another victory and another confirmation that they may be right. Just look at their record: 44 victories and only three lost games. They are currently at the very top of the standings in West. Pardon has a great season in Japan. After 47 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 10.5rpg (7th best).

4. Perrin Buford (198-F-1994) of Shinshu BW - 23 points, 3 rebounds and 9 assists

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
