Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

Kyoto H. smashed Ballooners at home 70-48. Kyoto H. outrebounded Saga B. 45-33 including a 35-24 advantage in defensive rebounds. Italian-American forward Angelo Caloiaro (203-1989, college: USF, agency: Pensack Sports) fired a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. The former international guard Yuta Okada (189-1998) chipped in 21 points. Cuban guard Reynaldo Garcia (187-1990) produced 16 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. Ballooners' coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Ballooners will have a break next week, which should allow them to rest in order to get back on the winning path. Kyoto H. will try to continue on its current victory against Saga B. at home.

Gunma CT managed to outperform Hiroshima D. in a home game 79-71. Koshigaya A. lost to Alvark Tokyo on the road 57-75. FE Nagoya defeated Nagoya DD on its own court 79-69. Yokohama BC beat Sendai 89ers in a road game 72-68. Shimane SM destroyed Hokkaido L. at home 87-56. Sunrockers Sh. managed to outperform Nagasaki on the opponent's court 58-53. Kawasaki managed to beat Akita NH in a home game 81-73. San-en NP defeated Ryukyu on the road 96-92.
The best stats of 1st round was 23 points and 10 rebounds by Yante Maten of San-en NP.




Gunma CT - Hiroshima D. 82-53

There was no surprise in Gunma where Dragonflies were crushed by Thunders 82-53 on Friday. The game without a history. Gunma CT led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Thunders made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Dragonflies turnovers. Thunders looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Dragonflies' players. The game was dominated by American players. Guard Trey McKinney-Jones (198-1990, college: Miami, FL) stepped up and scored 11 points and 6 rebounds for the winners and center Kaleb Tarczewski (212-1993, college: Arizona) chipped in 12 points. Four Thunders players scored in double figures. At the losing side forward Kerry Blackshear Jr (208-1997, college: Florida) responded with 20 points (made all of his seven free throws) and forward Nick Mayo (206-1997, college: EKU, agency: Pensack Sports) scored 7 points and 7 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
