25-year old American guard Tray Boyd III (193-G-1998) had an amazing evening in the last round for league's best team Fukui Blowinds and receives a Hoops Agents B3 League Player of the Week award for round 46.
He had the game-high 33 points adding six rebounds for Fukui B. in his team's victory, helping them to outclass Yamaguchi (#15, 15-31) with 36-point margin 110-74. It allowed Blowinds to consolidate first place in the Japanese B3 League. Fukui B. has a very good season and are considered to have a run for the championship title. They improved their record to 40-4. In the team's last game Boyd III had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range. He turned to be Blowinds's top player in his first season with the team. East Tennessee State University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Boyd III is league's best scorer averaging so far 24.9ppg. Boyd III is in league's top in and averages solid 54.2% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was David Doblas (208-C-1981) of Tokyo Hachioji Trains. He is Spanish center in his first season at Tokyo HT. In the last game Doblas recorded an impressive double-double of 24 points and 13 rebounds. Of course he led Hachioji Trains to another comfortable win 95-82 over slightly higher-ranked Tachikawa (#8, 24-22) being unquestionably team leader. Tokyo's 10th position in the standings has not changed. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 21-24 record. Doblas is a newcomer at Tokyo and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Chris Olivier (202-F-1992, agency: Octagon Europe) of Kanazawa Samuraiz (#18). Olivier showcased his all-around game by recording 27 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists in the last round. Despite Olivier's great performance the Kanazawa lost 93-103 to the higher-ranked Shanan Utd (#9, 23-23). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. Kanazawa can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have extremely bad season and 6-31 record places them at the very bottom of the standings. Olivier has individually a great season in Japan. After 15 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 21.6ppg (4th best).
